Description:The Syringe Access Program is open Monday-Thursday from 12pm-4pm. Our SAP is free, confidential, and anonymous. We do not do a one-for-one exchange. Clients may receive as many syringes and supplies (water, cookers, cotton, tourniquets, alcohol swabs, antiseptic wipes, band-aids, and sharps containers) as they need under in cooperation with the discretion of SAP staff; we do ask that participants return their used works for safe disposal. Clients may also receive a referral to free drug treatment, our nurse, HIV testing, and HIV Prevention services.
