901 HARM REDUCTION

Overview

901 Harm Reduction is a grassroots, community-based overdose prevention and syringe service program (SSP) operating in Memphis, Tennessee. We are led by and for people with lived experience, and we provide mobile harm reduction services across the city by meeting people where they're at (both mentally and physically) — in encampments, on the street, and in other underserved areas. Our services include sterile syringe distribution and disposal, naloxone and overdose prevention education, safer use supplies, and peer support. While our listed address is our business address for administrative purposes, all outreach and services are conducted in the community through direct, on-the-ground engagement. We center dignity, safety, support, solidarity, and empowerment in everything we do.
