Our mission is to build a statewide sacred and safe community for hammer reduction workers across Massachusetts grounded in workforce development mutual support and collective power we prioritize and center people who use drugs while actively addressing internalized stigma and honoring the lived experience wisdom and labor of those who have done the work.
