Access HOPE

Access HOPE  |  Mashpee, MA

Overview

Access Hope is a Grassroots Mobile Outreach Harm Reduction Program on Cape Cod. Our Mission is to Empower Drug Users. Kim Powers, the Founder and CEO of Access HOPE, has over 30 years experience in Harm Reduction, Sex Workers Advocacy and HIV Peer Support. Ours Team embraces Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is Made Up Of People with Lived/Living Experience. The Cape is an 80 mile Rural Community with multiple barriers to Health Care. The increasing number of Accidental Overdose Deaths and Significant increase of HIV among PWUD in our Community Exposed the Critical Need for Anonymous, Low-Barrier Mobile Outreach. Access HOPE Strives to Connect without Agenda while Empowering Drug Users. Meeting People Where They Use. ยท
