Overview

We are an anonymous syringe services program (SSP) located in Allen County, Indiana, grounded in harm reduction and evidence-based principles. The Allen County Department of Health alongside Positive Resource Connection and other community partners operate the SSP. Additional services we offer at our SSP include: Wound care, health navigator, , insurance sign up, mental health, treatment enrollment or information, vaccinations and Narcan distribution.
