Overview
The HIV/AIDS Street Outreach and Case Management Program services are provided in the City and County of Los Angeles. Our services include: Syringe Services, Naloxone education and distribution, MAT services and referrals, Health Education for active substance abusers, referrals to supportive services, HIV testing & Hep C screening upon request, transportation assistance , and most importantly non-judgmental approach.
