Aspire Indiana Health's Infectious Disease Program is a regional HIV Prevention, Services, and Care program seeking to reduce HIV, Hepatitis C, and other infections by offering direct services to people living with HIV and prevention services to those at greatest risk. Services are provided in 32 Indiana Counties (Syringe Services Progarm/HARP is provided in Madison County only) include

Referrals for MAT Aspire Indiana Health's Syringe Services Program/Harm Reduction Program (HARP) is provided in Madison County only and operates Mondays 11am to 2pm and Wednesdays 2pm to 5pm. Participation in HARP is anonymous. This program provides free harm reduction services, including new injection items, syringe disposal, personal hygiene items, referrals, linkage to care, education and information.
