Low barrier, on demand, full spectrum, 24/7/365 harm reduction provider. Available: Substance Use Navigators, naloxone nasal spray kits, syringes, pipes, fentanyl test strips, hepatitis testing, hepatitis treatment, HIV testing, HIV treatment, PREP, PEP, STI testing and treatment, condoms, birth control, pregnancy tests, MAT treatment for all substance use disorders including immediate, 24/7 access to buprenorphine for opioid use disorder, mirtazapine for meth/cocaine, and naltrexone for alcohol use disorder. Monthly injectable buprenorphine and naltrexone are also available. MAT and OB/GYN services for pregnant patients. Behavioral health services include ED or inpatient psychiatric stabilization and treatment. Social services, child care, shelter linkage, housing referrals, detox linkage, bag meals, medical stabilization, abscess drainage/wound care, dental care, diabetes and hypertension treatment, and medication refills. Linkage to all medical and surgical specialties, and primary care. Drop into our Bridge clinic at Highland Hospital, AO 1 wing, 9a-5p weekdays. Most resources and services are also available 24/7/365 through the Emergency Department at Highland Hospital and San Leandro Hospital campuses.
