Overview

Harm Reduction, Outreach, Prevention, and Education (HOPE) is a collaborative effort among Rowan County Public Health, Rowan County Emergency Medical Services, and the Rowan community. We provide supportive outreach to individuals who use opioids and those at high risk of opioid overdose.

Drop-in Hours: Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM

SSP Hours: Tues & Thurs, 1PM - 4PM, Walk-in
