Overview

HCHD provides SSP services to anyone who uses drugs in Maryland. We provide needles, works, safer sex kits, wound care kits, and other supplies such as hats/gloves/toothbrushes/water bottles/pill cutters and containers/ and some safer smoking kits. Our Peer Recovery Staff also provide substance use and mental health peer support and service navigation.
