The Mandan Good Neighbor Project is the first syringe exchange operating in North Dakota. Participants must be 18 or older to receive services. Services include referrals, HIV/HEP C Testing and education, syringe exchange, cookers, sterile water, antibiotic ointment, cotton filters, alcohol swabs, bio-hazard buckets, condoms, and overdose education.
