PHRA is a peer-run organization that promotes the philosophy of harm reduction and safer drug use. Active users at all levels of PHRA facilitate the need-based needle distribution program, serving the Cascadia region since 2007. we offer pipes at our university district site (meth/crack/heroin) Our Aurora Site (Meth/Crack/Heroin) mobile north and east king county (meth/crack/heroin) mobile south Snohomish site (meth/Crack/Heroin) all Portland sites (meth/Crack/Heroin)

For delivery text or leave a voicemail at 530-454-5410. You will get a response Wednesday to set up delivery. Serving North King County, East King County, and as far south as Factoria. We also serve south Snoqualmie Valley, and as far east as North Bend.
