Overview

The Santa Cruz County SSP operates two exchanges. One located at 1060 Emeline Ave. Rm #105 Santa Cruz, CA 95060, and one located at 1430 Freedom Blvd. Ste A, Watsonville, CA 95076. The Primary goal of the SSP is to work in partnership with the community to help prevent the spread of infectious diseases associated with injection drug use. We also aim to promote safe disposal of syringes and enhance referrals to programs which support the needs of our participants.

SSP is performing Mobile Exchange with Street Medicine in the City of Santa Cruz on Wednesdays and in Watsonville on Thursdays

Mondays: 10am to 1pm
Tuesdays: 5pm to 7pm
Thursdays: 4pm to 6pm
Fridays: 10am to 1pm
(Free HIV/HCV testing available on Fridays)

Hours of Operation:
Mondays: 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Tuesdays: 10:30am to 11:30am
Wednesdays: 1:30pm to 3:30pm
Fridays: 9am to 1pm
(Free HIV/HCV testing available Tuesdays and Fridays)
