Overview
Our Syringe Service Program is a low-barrier, nonjudgmental space designed to promote safety, health, and dignity for people who use drugs. Through a 1 for 1 syringe exchange, providing up to 100 sterile syringes per visit and ensuring access even when participants cannot exchange, we reduce the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and other blood-borne infections while supporting safer injecting practices. Beyond syringe services, we offer comprehensive harm reduction and health services, including HIV, Hep C, and STI testing and education; Hep C and HIV treatment navigation; PrEP and PEP navigation; naloxone distribution and overdose prevention education; MAT education and referrals; substance use treatment; primary care; and LGBTQ affirming services. Participants also have access to safer sex items and safer smoking and snorting supplies. Our program serves as a trusted entry point to care, connecting individuals to testing, treatment, and supportive services while fostering a welcoming environment that prioritizes safety, respect, and community health.
