Overview
Southwest Recovery Alliance is dedicated to the implementation of evidence-based public health strategies, policy transformation, and justice reform in Arizona and throughout the Southwest. We aid in preventing further transmission of Hepatitis C and HIV through harm reduction as well as provide tools and services to prevent overdoses. We meet at designated areas in Phoenix throughout the week to help people make healthier decisions in hopes of decreasing the rate of disease transmission caused by sharing tools with other people. Providing these tools and resources is the only way in preventing further transmission of many diseases, which proves crucial as Hepatitis C is an epidemic in Arizona.
