Strength In Peers is a peer-run organization that provides hope, support, and advocacy to those seeking recovery for substance use, mental health, and trauma-related challenges. The organization's authorized Comprehensive Harm Reduction Program provides clean needle exchange, Narcan (naloxone), Fentanyl test strips, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, condom distribution, education and referrals, and recovery services when people are ready to stop using. Free, confidential, and non-judgmental.
