AKA: The Exchange

Overview

Each client will receive a red sharps container for used syringes, three latex condoms (more available if requested), information on HIV and HCV; Safe Injection Practices. For the first two (2) visits each client receives 40 syringes, regardless of the amount of used syringes returned. After the 2nd visit, it's a 1 for 1 exchange (1 clean syringe for 1 used syringe) up to 40 syringes per visit.
