Overview

HEPPACs mission is to stop the spread of HIV and Hepatitis C among People Who Use Drugs (PWID), their families and to reduce the impact of drug-related harm in the East Bay Area Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Services are provided through an integrated Harm Reduction model that provides medical service in non-clinical settings for communities of color.

Hours

HEPPACs syringe access program operates in the city of Oakland and three cities in Contra Costa County. Information on our fixed locations, listed below. Call (510) 612-3470 for information on mobile syringe exchange locations.

Our mobile unit visits the Fruitvale District, Deep East Oakland and West Oakland three times a week.

Tuesdays: 6pm to 8pm (Fruitvale)  E.12th and 23rd Ave.

Thursdays: 6pm to 8pm (Deep East Oakland) 100th and Pearmain St.

Thursdays: 6pm to 8pm (Antioch, CA) 210 Fulton Shipyard, 94509

Fridays: 10am to 1:30pm (West Oakland) 2313 San Pablo Ave.

Contra Costa County Locations:

Tuesdays: 1:30pm to 3:30pm (Richmond)  25th & and Mcdonald

Tuesdays: 6pm to 8pm  (Bay Point) 2586 Willow Pass Road.
