Anyone may access safer injection/smoking supplies along with opioid overdose reversal kits and harm reduction education education by visiting the WNCAP office at 554 Fairview Road​ in Asheville (Buncombe County)

M-F: 9am to 5pm

or 3257 Georgia Road in Franklin (Macon County) 

M-F: 9am to 6pm
